Single-origin, organic teas are sourced from experts, and paper offerings are created in small batches with the highest quality components and mindfulness. Every product is packaged by hand with care, in Los Angeles, California.

Mainly so, and we try to balance being eco-friendly and practical for our customers.
We are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. We use recyclable packaging for our goods (chosen for its mainly paper component and volumetric efficiency for carbon footprint reduction) and shipping (chosen for its sturdiness, no coating, and minimal tape securing) our goods to you.
Our paper is wind-powered and made out of pure cotton, and our envelopes are made out of recycled materials. Our papergoods are packaged in compostable, clear "cellophane" bags, and our muslin bags are natural.
Angeline Woo is the founder of Friend Hangs. She was born in Los Angeles and is a Korean American creative entrepreneur. She's been in the creative industry for decades, and is also the Photo Director/founder of EL OJO.
Formerly, she was the Features Photo Editor (Food Section, IMAGE Magazine) at the Los Angeles Times. Growing up in her family's restaurants, the food business is in her blood.
Friend Hangs is an extension of her lifelong love of connecting food, artful visuals, and community.

SHOP ORDERS + POLICIES
Your order is created, packaged + shipped in about 1 to 2 business days. The selected shipping carrier's time determines transit time. Please note that holiday seasons and post-pandemic effects may impact shipping times + product sourcing availability.
If there's any delay, we'll do our best to communicate with you asap.
Returns are accepted on items within 30 days, with the buyer responsible for return shipping. Kindly contact us at friendhangs at gmail to start the return process.
All clearance, subscriptions, promotion, and markdowns are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are/have been paid directly to the shipper.
Either USPS or UPS, efficiently depending on your order shape + desired delivery place. Shipping usually takes about 2 - 7 days.
